You're welcome to inspect our facilities prior to booking in anytime between the hours of 10.00am and 3.00pm Monday to Saturday (excluding school and public holidays).

Please note inspections may not be possible to do at the time of booking in or picking up your pet. conditions aply ask staff before date of delivery or pick up.

	A pick and delivery service runs daily (Monday to Friday, excluding public holiday) from Samford Pet Resort to vet agents throughout Brisbane. This service is free for pets staying at the resort. A condition of this services is that pets must arrive at the vet agents by no later then 9am and can be picked up on the day of departure by 3pm. All bookings are made through the resort and a credit card is needed for payment. A booking fee is required for each pet booked. This is not refundable on cancellation or transferable but is deducted at the time of account settlement.
