Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee will be charged for all bookings that are cancelled. These fees are not transferable or refundable. See below for details of cancellation.
Low Season: $40 cancellation fee per pet.
Villas and Suites: $80 cancellation fee per pet applies.
High Season: $80 cancellation fee per pet.
Villas and Suites: $160 cancellation fee per pet applies.

There is NO Refund for early holiday returns.

Booking Fee
Low Season: A non-refundable booking fee of $40 per pet is required.
High Season [including Christmas, School Holidays & Easter bookings]: A non-refundable booking fee of $80 per pet is required except for VILLAS AND SUITES, where the non-refundable booking fee is $160 per pet.
